Very well. Staff were professional and seemed to love dogs. We have used this service several times, and our dog has been eager to join the other dogs each time.

I like the fact that Dogs Dig It have a webcam so you can watch your dogs while at work and what's going on. they do very well with the dogs and they seem okay. I can't say anything that I don't like.

The staff is really nice - they really understand dogs and pay close attention to what is going on. They let me know all kninds of stuff about my puppy's visit!

Our dog loves the staff and other dogs, and is so excited to go in the door every time. Occasionally you have to wait in the shop/lobby for 5 minutes while the staff is busy with other dogs, but the staff is friendly and I've never seen any problems. Only complaint would be that you're not allowed to go past the lobby, so I've never seen what the boarding kennels look like, or the extent of the indoor exercise space. However most of the time all of the dogs are outside on the paved play areas which you can see from the window. The staff is very good about introducing the dog into the "pack" through a staging area, and placing the dog in with the appropriate play mates. Your 1st visit is just a 30 minute trial where they check out the dogs behavior and make sure it will work out, and they tell you if you come back for a half day or full day. There can be about 50 dogs on a busy day, and they separate the small/quiet from the large/energetic.

They have a great staff, clean, healthy, nice and wonderful. They even have a taxi service, that say if your running late and can't get there before they close they will actually take your dog home for like 5.00. Price is per day. They are very trustworthy. They also have a little shop for pet supplies and they don't even mark that stuff up, in comparison to a big chain pet store.

They are so wonderful to the animals. Our dog just loved it here. When we were picking up the dog one of the employees came in. Our dog ran right over and was kissing and loving him up. You could tell that they had a good relationship. They have playground equipment and indoor area for the dogs. The facility is comfortable and heated.

The first time we went to DDI they assessed our dog's temperament. They are very thorough in making sure dogs have had all of their shots and are well suited to interacting with other dogs. There is an apartment on the premises and an employee sleeps there when dogs are boarding overnight. When our dog has boarded there he has even slept in the bed with the employee, rather than in a kennel by himself. Last spring we had to travel out of town on one day's notice to attend a family funeral. I called DDI and asked if they could keep our dog for 7 days, and I was able to drop him off an hour later. Knowing that Buster was with people who care about him, and that he wasn't in a kennel overnight reduced the overall stress on our family during that very stressful trip. DDI also has web cams, so you can watch your dog playing from your computer.

They actually have a pick up service. They pick up the dogs in the morning and return them in the afternoon. They are also a day care. They are all excellent. I am very happy with them.
