I called Bill and he promptly responded. He came and installed the posts on Monday and came back on Tuesday and finished the rest of the work. It turned out very nicely. He did very good job.

Overall everything went just fine. I selected Diamond Fence from Angie's List and sent an email explaining what I wanted to do along with photos of the damage and asked if they would want to work with me on the project. I received a phone call and Bill stopped by. Very courteous and to the point. Bill took a look at the damage, gave me the options and costs for repair and did not seem disappointed when I chose the least expensive option to do the repairs myself. I paid cash for the product and the deal was finished.

After a phone conversation, Bill stopped by my house (I was at work) and gave me an estimate on replacing a 14 foot damaged section of my very old chain link fence with new black fencing. He also suggested installing one new post and replacing another. All this was over the phone and I went back and forth about the need to replace the old post. . . . he offered to come out AGAIN to talk over the estimate in person. I thought that was a lot to ask for a $300 job, so told him to go ahead and not replace the existing post. He did the work, clean and well . . . . but when I saw it, I realized he was right and I should have replaced the post. Called him; he happily came out and did that work, charged only $50, bringing the total in at his original phone estimate. Can't believe he was so responsive and easy to deal with, given my changing requests. I'd use him again in a heartbeat if I needed more chain link fencing.

It went very well. The posts were set on the first day and the fencing and top rails were attached the next day. When I made my initial inquiries via e-mail and phone, Diamond Fence got back to me very quickly with answers to my questions. I received an estimate within a day or two from my original inquiries. The willingness to answer my questions and to explain things was very helpful.

I got three bids. Bill's was much lower than the other two and he was able to come weeks sooner than the other companies to do the job. This was important to me as I have two Labrador retrievers and it was their yard that needed to be secured. He did a great job, and he and his assistant were very nice guys. I could not have been more pleased.

First, I got an estimate over the phone that was lower than the other 4. When he came out for a visual, not only did the price not change, but he was very pleasant and professional. He and a worker were on time both days and they worked hard. Both were very polite and professional, no loud or rough language, just business like workers. Since I'm a long time claims adjuster I'm familiar with fencing and this is not cheap material. Above average quality material, very well set and hung. In short, a true A+ job in every respect.

We had a lot of brush and stacks and stacks of wood and debris along our fence line, most of it which was very hard to move and didn't belong to us anyway (the neighbors). Bill contracted with us that we would clear out the fence line and he'd install the fence, for a great price. We did our best to clear the brush and I'm not sure we did a good enough job for him, but he did the work anyway, without complaint, and it looks great. The fence is very secure for our wiley dogs (both a tiny dog and a big one, so they can go under and over fences) and his attitude was terrific, even though this wasn't necessarily the easiest job. Really great work, I'd totally hire Diamond Fence again.

They are very great to work with. Bill was very responsive, professional, and they showed up on time and finished that same day. The fence looks excellent and has a very secure feeling. They provided an estimate prior to the work and didn't charge us more than that. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Very prompt, completed the work within the estimated time. The quality of material and work met or surpassed agreed upon specifications.

This is the second occasion I have used Diamond Fence. Both times they responded quickly with a bid, performed the work on time and communicated closely throughout construction. They were not only the low bid but the quality of work and product was very good.
