Excellent work by Bill and Ryan. We are so happy with our fence. We have a 6 foot chain link fence with winged privacy slats. The posts had to be made extra sturdy and 3 feet deep to hold up to the wind in Troutdale. They held up very well. It was put to the test last winter! We highly recommend them for being great to work with and providing a great product with a lot of expertise.

Good. Bill came out to see the site quickly. He gave us an estimate within a few days which we accepted. The gate was installed a week later. We’ve just started to use it but it’s what we wanted, and the chain link allows full visibility.

Visited to see the job before giving a quote. Available and responsive; we were able to set a date without significant delay. Not the lowest or the highest estimate, I think it was done for a fair price. Job was done efficiently and quality of the work was excellent.

We left a message and he returned our call the same day. He came out, took time to answer our questions and discuss what they would do. They were book out about 4 weeks, pretty much the norm this time of year, but we got a surprise call earlier than expected and they came out that day and completed the work in about 5 hrs. They did a great job, were very professional and friendly, and their price was very fair. We'd had another estimate that was more and then found out they would charge us several hundred dollars more to the old fence torn down and hauled away. Diamond's estimate included tearing down old fence and hauling away. The very next day, Bill called to see if we were happy with the job or if there were any problems. We couldn't be more pleased with the fence and their services.

My property has chain link fence completely surrounding the large back lot. The wood fence running the 85 ft. back portion of the lot was owned by the neighbors. They agreed to pay for the removal of the wood fence that had rotted over the years so I could have the final section of chain link fence installed. Diamond Fence Co. was wonderful in working with my neighbor and myself, quickly coming out to take measurements, assess type of chain link needed, etc. so that the bids could be submitted. In less than a weeks time the two-man crew came out and within four hours took down the old, rotted wood fence and installed a beautiful chain link fence matching it to both sides of my existing fence. They removed debris as necessary and did a wonderful job. I was extremely pleased with their reasonable pricing, willingness to work with two separate parties, and completing the project efficiently. They were professional every step of the way and I would hire them again for any fencing project in the future. Very pleased with their work as well as my neighbors.

It was wonderful working with Bill and his crew; everything was smooth from start to finish. Bill arrived with his crew and went through everything with them and us so we were all on the same page. We had a tree to deal with and they knew how to handle the situation. This was our best summer project ever, due to Bill’s leadership and his great crew. It went well. Bill had scheduled the job for a Tuesday but, on the Monday before, called to say he would be over THAT day to do the small job. He showed up and performed the work in an efficient and timely manner.

All of them, Bill & Ryan and crew, were great to work with. Prompt with appointments, courteous, communicated thoroughly. The work was also very thorough. Even at the end when it was starting to rain and I know they were tired and ready to be finished, Ryan was still going around wiping posts off and using touch up paint to make sure any nicks or scratches were covered. They answered all my questions about the structural integrity of the materials used (I have climbing plants). I would use them again and I would refer them to anyone who asks.

The fence was on a slope and there was a tree in the way that we did not want removed. They did a great job of handling these problems. The only thing that I did not like was the sliding gate; I think it could have been differently.
