The work crew was always courteous and pleasant to have working around the house. They cleaned up after themselves and worked at a good pace. Everything went smoothly and the house looks terrific.

Out of all of the contractors we have had to use for our recent remodeling, Florin was always the most responsive. He gave us a very good bid and he worked closely with another contractor to fit our house into the schedule. He was honest and straightforward with his bid. His workers were courteous and paid attention to details. We were very pleased with the quality of the paint job and the promptness and responsiveness. Highly recommend Delta Painting

We were not thrilled with their service. We had to complain several times, and than the boss came out and did certain things himself.

We bought a 9 year old house that was decorated in very fashionable colors (beautiful) Since I am a "vanilla" person I wanted to have it very light. We were also anxious to move into the house which added an extra time element. They started on Labor Day and, unexpectedly, had to paint through most of the week, adapting to our other workman who came. Apparently different paints cover differently (and, of course, I wanted this particular color--which I am very happy about) and it took about 6 coats of paint. The result was absolutely beautiful and there is not one place where you can see the original color--other than pictures. They taped around the molding, switched, lights etc. so there is not yellow paint where white should be. It turned out perfect! During the whole process, Florin, the owner, was ALWAYS available. I don't think I called his cell phone once when he didn't answer. He either answered our question or immediately got back to us with an answer. He also stopped by the check with us and check on the painting. He is a hard working, very personable gentleman.

They used 30 gallons of paint. He does very good work. He has had very good training. I don't have any complaints at all.

They were very interested in customer service and were true to their word. The owner did not keep a close eye on his workers. There were issues with quality. Some of our windows were damaged when they were removed. The biggest issue is they use a hydospray which is illegal in Portland. They were supposed to collect the paint on to a drop cloth for the lead paint. They washed the paint into the yard and down the street. They said they would use a vacuum to take care of the lead based paint. After brining this to his attention he had three employees walk the yard in the rain to pick up the paint chips. Really good and fast job and the house looks really nice. Very polite people. They took off their shoes when they came into the house. He will listen to his customer and answers his phone and calls back right away. He comes out to the site within 30 minutes to answer and questions.
