Joanne is fantastic.  She was prompt and was on time with my project and on budget.  She was a joy to work with, has excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for affordability without sacrificing quality.  She employs excellent sub-contractors and directly supervises their work.  She listened and understood my tastes in finishes, color palette, etc. and was very helpful with design suggestions.  A few of Joanne's many strong points are her creativity, problem solving ability and practicality.  She is very efficient, extremely hard working and an excellent craftswoman.  She communicates well and was always accessible for questions and feedback.  My kitchen is beautiful and everything I dreamed it would be.

She came and estimated the cost and we picked a time that mutually acceptable. She then came when she was supposed to, performed the work, and left us with beautiful windows. We did not plan on her being able to remove the stains that had formed because of the poor finish, but she was able to, even on the complicated wood pieces that formed the decorative portion of the window. The small 1/4" pieces were done as well as the larger area. We were astounded by how well it looked when complete. She cares about her work and knows how to use the tools to get what she wants, and is willing to work hard. The builder had sent someone in that just applied finish without preparation, and did not even buff the finish at the end. Joanne did everything right!

From start to finish, Joanne was very professional. She was punctual, she accomplished the task in the agreed upon time, and she made our new condo look beautiful. We would use her again.
