Terrible. Very shoddy work. It got so bad, I had to let him go and hire a new plumber to fix his mistakes and finish the job. I would strongly recommend not hiring him. Even if he is a little cheaper, it's not worth it.

Dean was scoping out a re-piping of one unit.  He saw a rusted connection, where steel and copper pipes were joined.
He replaced the pipe.

Dean was great. We had a positive prior experience with Dean, so this was our second time contracting his services. We called him over the weekend when it was clear that our DIY garbage disposal removal project resulted in some leaks under our kitchen sink a few months on. Dean was out at our house by Monday morning. He ran a little late, but he called to let us know he was behind schedule and arrived less than an hour past when he said he would be at our house.

Dean was very efficient. It took him seconds to diagnose the problem and he had everything he needed to replace the drain piping. He was in and out of our home in less than 30 minutes, having solved our issue for a reasonable price. I'll be happy to call on Dean again the next time we have a plumbing need.

I have used Dean for several repairs around the house - major and minor. He is always quick, professional, punctual and reasonable. His focus is plumbing repair and installing new plumbing. Don't ask him to do any structural work, it's not his focus.

Dean and his assistant showed up on time and re-routed the PEX hot water line very quickly. They had all the materials and tools needed for the job. Both were courteous and got straight to the job and left the area clean after they finished. The price was very reasonable for the work done. We have used, and have been pleased, with Dean's services in the past, and plan to use him on our next project.

He is very fast and responsive. Some bad things were he smoked a lot and had his cigarette butts everywhere. Just some small things, so overall it was ok.

While he was punctual, he complained frequently and was generally grouchy. Caulked the shower so poorly and sloppily that we had to redo it completely ourselves (after already calling him to point out that there were very large gaps in the 3-piece shower.) The rough-in for the sink was such that it caused a wow in the wall when the sheetrock was finished, making it very difficult to install kitchen cabinets and countertops. He installed the stubs for hot and cold water in the bathroom in such a way that they cannot be hidden by a pedestal sink and as a result are visible. We gave him a sample piece of our flooring so that he would install the toilet the proper distance from the sub-floor. Despite this, he used a larger piece of wood to use as the spacer between the toilet flange in the floor and where the top of our flooring should have been. The result is that the toilet sits too high from the floor. VERY displeased.

I picked Dean, because he is a one-man shop. I knew that the guy on the phone, would be the guy on the job. I could have done the job, but the efficiency Dean contributed, was well worth the money and savings, in time it would have taken me. Dean was very responsive to my project needs, and adjusted to a change of plans in mid course. He came back several times, as needed to accommodate the progression of the project (e.g., installation of wainscoting.)I thought Dean's pricing was very good, no travel or other bogus costs. He even came back a 3rd time, to adjust a troublesome connection. I'll call Dean again, if need be.

Dean did a great job, is fast, did everything to code, and was able figure out pipe logistics that saved a lot of remodeling work on an old house.

Dean and his assistant showed up on time on fairly short notice, since they were working on another job down the street. He said my shower valve needed a part which he didn't have and he had to drive to several different places to find the part, but did return later as promised. The toilet works the same as it did before and the shower is now a little better, but I really need a whole new shower valve and so I will have to hire another plumber since I did not feel confident in this one. I would have paid even more than $120 if the shower regulated water like it should, but now I just feel the money was wasted.

Fantastic experience. He and his assistant were very nice and helpful. They came over right away both to give us an estimate and then a few days later to do the actual work after we acquired the new toilet.

The project ended up being more difficult than anticipated during the bid process. Overall, the work was completed satisfactorily and within a reasonable time-frame, though at a cost of $500.00 more than originally agreed upon. There was some frustration exhibited on Dean's part as the job did not go smoothly. Overall, felt that the job was done well, though some of the small details (clean-up, etc.) could have been done a little better. I would feel comfortable recommending and/or using Dean again.

Just great! Dean was at my house the same day I called him. He was very calm about the entire issue and assured me everything can be fixed. He was at my house for about 30-45 minutes. He replaced the stopper that the ''poison'' had eaten, the plastic melted from the poison and then he unclogged the drain. He was also able to tell me how the shower can be fixed and said he could be out next week to take care of it. Pretty easy fix that does not destroy my 1920's build. I had been told by another company that it could not be fixed and that I would need to tear out my wall, retile and put in all new fixtures.

Dean was very pleasant and explained everything that he was doing. The job took longer than expected, but that was because of the problem with the lead pipe.

He did a great job. He had to do a lot to prepare the house for the new water main, including a great deal of footwork, like making calls to the state, etc. He had an emergency come up and wasn't able to finish the job according to the original timeframe, but he was very apologetic and even came out on a Sunday to do some of the work. I would definitely recommend this company.
