It went great. Our house sold in a little over month and we received 4 offers during the process. Dana gave very practical advice and was always available over phone, email or text to review options or help us respond in a timely manner. She was very positive and reassuring, gave good advice on negotiations and counterproposals, and gave us updates about interest level, potential offers, or the results of open houses.
