Great service! Juan Maravilla was the repair technician. Polite and professional, he quickly diagnosed the issue as a failed capacitor on the fan. Replaced the capacitor, then checked and topped off the coolant. Everything works now and the air is a bit cooler (thanks to the additional coolant). I appreciate that the service fee counts toward the repair price.

Excellent! I called at 8:20 and the technician was here about an hour later. He diagnosed the issue quickly, made the repair (no parts needed, thankfully) and did a fall tuneup since he was already here. D & R is our new go-to contractor!

GREAT!! Thanks to D & R, they were able to send a Tech out that same day to connect a part correctly, that NW SUNDANCE Services had NOT connected!! NW Sundance Services told us they could NOT send anyone out to check it for TEN DAYS!! This was the END OF NOVEMBER!! Who can go WITHOUT heat for TEN DAYS!! Thankfully, D & R WAS able to fix our part that had NOT been connected correctly by NW SUNDANCE SERVICES. Thank you D & R!!!!

I have an air conditioning unit that was not working effectively in the hot weather. Frank from D & R Heating and Air arrived and assessed the issues and took care the problem quickly and efficiently. He explained the repair and answered several other questions I had about the system. I had not serviced my furnace or air conditioner units in several years. Frank provided information about the maintenance services that D & R Hearing and Air provide and after this experience, I expect that I will call D & R for future maintenance for my HVAC system. Thank you very much for the excellent service.

Justin arranged to inspect the property and offered us quote following his initial visit. I entertained the idea of installing a high-efficiency furnace unit and was provided a quote that exceeded my budget. We agreed on a bid that honored the promotion that was offered through Angie's List in addition to the required supplementary work that would remove the preexisting oil heating system, run gas lines and plumb an additional line to run a gas stove for a future kitchen remodel project. After coordinating with NorthWest Natural we had a gas meter installed and requested Justin return to complete the install by voicemail, email and through Angie's list messaging service. We did not receive an immediate response to confirm an expected date of work. We were contacted the following week, confirming they would be proceeding with the work the following day. My wife called to confirm the furnace and gas line was installed by the end of the day 3 and that Justin was awaiting payment for the outstanding balance. I was made aware that the oil tank had not been removed due to the remaining fuel and that the second line had not been installed but would be handled at an unspecified future date and at an additional cost to connect the line to the stove. I asked what steps were required to get the gas turned on and was directed to coordinate with the city and northwest natural to organize an inspection. Our contractors had left with full payment. although We had an inactivated heat system and still had to deal with disposing approximately 60 gallons of heating oil at our own expense. We arranged a city inspection the following day to get our heat back on as soon as possible. By midday, we were notified that the city did could not approve a green tag due to a flaw in the installation. I informed Justin immediately, and in turn, he returned the following morning to address these issues and communicated with the city. Our inspector returned the following day and notified us of an outstanding permit had not been pulled for an electrical connection to the furnace itself. Once notified, Justin took the steps required at which point we were able to contact NW Natural to turn the gas line. NW Nature came on Friday but the install did not pass inspection again due to a terminal connection plate. I have had the notification to Justin to resolve the issue but had received a confirmation date of when this matter would be addressed. In the end and to their credit Justin and his partner were accountable to us as a client and put in a lot of additional time to address the hiccups that occurred during the install. When it came time to install the gas line to the stove after we remodeled our kitchen, they returned and did the job as promised at the minimal additional expense. The only outstanding issue was the removal of the above ground oil tank which remain and I handled on my own. I wish to give them a fair review because they were fair with us. The primary issues stemmed from their communication and planning, which could have negated some of the issues and inconveniences we experienced (such as going a week without heating) however, one year later, the furnace and gas stove works without issue, and I believe we got an amazing price for the work provided.

All American Bros Mechanical replaced our old broken down AC unit with a bigger and better quality unit. We are extremely happy with the new unit and impressed by how quiet it is. I appreciated the honesty from start to finish with their team. They provided exceptional customer service from the quote, through the install and even with the after install questions. I would highly recommend All American Bros to anyone! They live their mission of being Honest, Affordable and Accountable. We will defiantly use them again the future. Thank you for quick install and helping our family get to be more comfortable during this hot summer.

The same person who gave the estimate came to do the work. The removal of old huge furnace and heat pump were removed and AllAmerican Brose installed new heat pump and furnace for us. They hauled away the old free of charge. The owners of this company are veterans and ver polite and respectful. They gave the low bid and did a great job. I highly recommend you call this company. You won't regret it.

We returned from an east coast vacation to find that we no longer had a functioning furnace. The first business we called wanted to charge us double for after hours work and really didn't want to do the job. The next morning (COLD) I called Chase as he was close to my house. Luckily he had time as I was told I'd have to wait 4 days by others. Chase showed up on time and was pleasant and helpful. He got down to diagnosing quickly and then headed out to pick up the part we needed. He did a few other maintenance items that would help us extend our time with this furnace. I would call Chase back in a heartbeat to do any needed work. He was fast, courteous and most of all GOOD at his job. He did not try to sell us anything we didn't need and listened to our concerns. This guy is the real deal!

All American Bros went above and beyond. Furnace went out just before my wife went into labor. They were able to install the new part while we were in the hospital. When we got home with the new baby, one other part was needed one other part had gone bad as well. They were able to have the furnace up and running by 8am the next morning. Extremely grateful and will use again.

AABM did an amazing job. They arrived in the morning and started working immediatly. They answered all of my questions eagerly and I could hardly tell they were in my garage. When they were done they left my garage cleaner than when they started! My new furnace is better than I imagined and cannot wait to use my new AC. Definitely will be calling them in the future if anything happens and will be recommending them to everyone.

These guys did a great job.  Their bids were the lowest we received.  They were very responsive and kept in great contact with us.  If they told us they would be at our home at 9:00 a.m., they arrived at 9:00 a.m.  They were very flexible and worked around our schedule.  They cleaned up all of their materials at the end of the job and even offered to haul away some unrelated debris we had outside our garage.  

We found them to be very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, hard working, and honest.  All of the systems they installed have worked better than expected with no issues.  We will not hesitate to use them again whenever the need arises.  The fact that this is a veteran-owned business is a plus!

It went well. Justin and Chase were very professional and visited the site a couple of times to discuss options and to understand the expected outcome of the work. The site was always left clean and other than the work being done it was hard to tell they had been there working. They did excellent work and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Guys
