Not well. To start with, he had promised that he was available to put in full days work until the job was done which should have been about 2 weeks or less. He would promise to arrive by 9am and was consistently late by 1 to 1 1/2 hrs without calling me to let me know he was held up. Then mid way through the day, he would say he needed to leave to take care of something. His work days ranged from 1 hour to a maximum of 7 hours (once). He put in a total of 36.5 hrs in 21 calendar days. He also surprised me by charging me for 3 hours of travel time for putting in less than 24 hrs of work in 6 work days. To his credit, he did back down on the travel time when I confronted him with the few work hours that it covered and for not having told me before the job started that he was going to charge for driving to work. Finally he kept promising to come and finish the job instead of telling me he already had other plans. I finally hired someone else who had to take out and reset the doors.
