My son did everything he was suppose to. CHS didn't send the $500 core charge upon receipt. There were numerous phone calls made and he got responses like, checks in the mail, or calls weren't returned, or the check comes from else and CHS doesn't have control over it.
I recommended he file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the State of OR Attorney General?s Office. He started that process the middle of May. He has finally received his long overdue core charge a month later. It took 4 months of phone calls and frustration to get the money owed him. The next step would have been small claims court
