Ron was very prompt and professional. He explained everything that he was going to do in detail. He made sure that I understood all of the changes that he was going to make and the risks associated with the data migration. Ron gave me a very accurate estimate of the time and expense and actually came in under budget. He didn't charge me for the time that he needed to investigate the problems and research the costs associated with the upgrade. I was very satisfied with the results, and I would recommend his services to anyone.

Ron was able to work on my computer the same day I called. Among other things, he was able to increase the speed of my computer, addressed some glitches that had been plaguing me for weeks,  very patiently explained how to solve some of the issues myself if they came up again. I was very pleased at how quickly he was able to take care of these things, his expertise, and that he was reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him.

I called Ron and he was able to work on my computer the same day. He was very nice and patient with my lack of knowledge, and he explained what was wrong and what he was doing to fix it. He was able to take care of the issues (there were several!). I changed to using Ron because he not only costs less than the large stores and Geek companies, but he is extremely knowledgeable and a really nice guy as well.
