It is my first time using the company. So far, I have been very impressed with them. It is a small shop. The owner, Gary, has seemed to be very professional and knows what he is talking about. I feel comfortable having him work on the bike. I had no problem getting the motorcycle in to them. He has called a couple of times to keep me updated on the bike.
Description of Work: I am having them resolve wiring problems on a 1979 Honda CX 500.

The owner / operator is very competent and honest. Great service at a fair price. I would recommend Cycle Metrics over any dealership for motorcycle service and repair. Again, the owner is very honest and will tell you like it is. He won't let a bike go out the door if he feels it is unsafe.
Description of Work: I have used Cycle Metrics on several occasions for maintenance and repair for two different motorcycles.

I live close to this repair shop, and never thought I'd be a customer, because I don't own a motorocycle. But his sign said "welding" and I had a very difficult welding job: My 2005 Nissan Murano had a defective driver's seat support, so it broke at multiple points. I might have spent $900 for a new seat and installation, but I trusted the job to Gary, the owner, who is truly a master at his trade.Gary not only repaired multiple failures in the lightweight, poorly designed support frame, but he took the time to "gusset" or strengthen the frame with additional material before reassembling. I am so thrilled I have a seat that is stronger than new, and I spent less than $200. Due to the complexity of the job, I expected him to charge much more. Great value, quality repair, and for me, a most convenient location.
