He came right out. He was nice, clean-cut, professional. He took care of my problem right away and took care of some other problems and removed some other programs that helped my computer. He charged me a VERY good price. I called him the night before and he came the next day. I was so happy, that I asked him to keep coming back every few months to keep my computer tuned-up.

I had two other ''techs'' out (from other companies) who spent two hours each and gave up trying to fix my problem. One even told me to buy a new pc, which I did, and the second guy couldn't get the new one to network with my laptop. I called Jim, and he came out the next afternoon. He got everything working, including the pc I was originally told to replace. Jim followed up with me the next day (Sunday, mind you) to make sure all was still working. That's how you keep a customer!

Jim was prompt and arrived within 4 hours. I would gladly hire again and told him to raise his prices.

Could not be more pleased with Cutting Edge Computer Services. Jimmy was always there when he said he was going to be, even called when he was on his way, keeping me updated. He consistently Out-Performed himself, and was very patient each and every time I needed something done (Or UNDONE). There were NEVER any Surprises for repairs, and his rates are some of the lowest in the business. What he charges for service is so ludicrously more reasonable than that of a well known store, one could afford to take a vacation on what you can save. He is always ready to make a recommendation if needed, no sales pressure, and he will be very upfront if a service or accesory is not needed.
