It went okay. There were a couple of things I wasn't 100% happy with, but he was fully willing to come back and fix any mistakes.

This contractor has displayed a lack of professionalism from the moment he installed defective granite countertops in June of 2008. Not only had he failed to inspect the slabs, he tried to pass the cost of the mistake on to us. Refusing to honor the original contract, and after difficult re-negotiations (his constant position was to minimize his loss of profits) he failed to install a metal edge support band per the new contract, miss-cut the sink hole, improperly installed the under-mount sink (using little pieces of wood and epoxy), and did not return a large, valuable granite remnant (refusing to provide an explanation). When the sink ?let go? and fell away from the granite in Sept. 2010, he refused to stand behind his work, instead demanding cash up front to have a subcontractor repair the sink. His final communication was filled with his typical recriminations, personal attacks and unprofessional commentary. It?s all documented.

Excellent workmanship. Kept clean work area. Knew how to install custom shower pan! Understood owners' ideas and easy to work with. Showed up for work as promised. Very helpful problem solving. Passed inspection by county. trustworthy to be in your home. Very good work ethics. Drew up contract that was truthful. Priced right for excellent job received. A+ for professionalism!

HE REALLY DID A GOOD JOB MATCHING AND CUTTING THE VARIOUS PIECES. IT TURNED OUT VERY WELL. IT TOOK A FEW WEEKS TO BOOK HIM, BUT HE KEPT IN TOUCH AND SHOWED UP ON SCHEDULE AND COMPLETED THE JOB. WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH HIS WORK AND WOULD CONTACT HIM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.
