We contacted Mr. Jabbari on 1/21; he came to our home on 1/22 and inspected the floor below the vinyl flooring, entered the crawl space and examined the site of the leak/damage. We received an estimate via email the following day, 1/23. His estimate included all labor, tile and, because we have only one bathroom - port-a-potty rental. The tile we selected was available by special order and took approximately a week to arrive. Fixture removal, floor demo, tile and grout application took three days, complete on 2/4; fixtures were reset on 2/6. Each step of the project was on time; we knew exactly what to expect each day. The quality of the products used and the skilled installation resulted in a beautiful and long-lasting floor.
