The installation went well, and the price was competitive. However, in trying to follow up with the company regarding a seam that appeared to be raised, they missed a scheduled appointment, with no call to let us know. After that, we've had extreme difficulty in getting a response from Covering Ground, despite contacting the company numerous times via phone and e-mail. After 2 weeks, we finally received a call back, and are awaiting a follow up call from the company rep to schedule an appointment at our house. To be clear, I think the work done was ok, but the response/returning calls is the problem.
