Description of Work: Corkeye helped us twice. The first time was in the purchase of the home and the 2nd was years later he helped us refinance to a lower rate.

Description of Work: In 2009 Corkye was recommended to me by my realtor when I was buying a 3BR ranch for myself in Hillsboro. When I got married in 2013, my wife and I moved into a larger house to accommodate her daughter and our combined 5 cats (!). I told our realtor I wanted to use Corkye again and again he did a superlative job. I would go back to him any time.

Description of Work: Corkye is AWESOME! He helped make my dream of owning a home come true. I knew nothing about the financial process that goes into owning a home or if I should even consider it so a friend recommended I contact him with my questions. We spoke on the phone for close to an hour as he gave me a quick run-down of the process. After some very basic numbers he felt owning a home was definitely doable for me. I truly appreciated his taking the time to chat knowing that it may not result in a new client. That to me is the sign of a stand up guy that I would definitely trust my financials with. It took me a few more months to take the big leap but when I did I leapt right into his office. Again, he was patient with me and walked me through the whole process explaining each detail as we got to it. He was readily available anytime I needed guidance. His staff person Stephanie was very helpful as well. When dealing with a huge decision involving money you want a competent, reliable, and someone with integrity. This guy has it all! Give him a call, you won't be disappointed.
