It's not so much that they've done anything particularly unusual, helpful, extraordinary or anything. It just works out that it's a reasonable cost and less hassle. I converted my land line into a cell phone and then transferred the same cell phone number. Their service, billing, and everything just seems smooth, easy and reasonably priced. As it turns out I didn't buy one of their cell phones, I had another phone that was compatible.There was no problem for them to be able to work with that. It's worked out. It was more like five or six years ago. I have a vacation cabin, so I ended up canceling the landline there. Wherever I am I have a cell phone and I don't have to fool with two different phone numbers. It's Kind of a different arrangement and my relationship with them is more than just getting a monthly bill and rarely having rarely anything that goes wrong .or a reason to conI haven't had to do it.

They seem adequate.

They have a very minimum pricing. I can have so many minutes of call for a reasonable price. I did not have any problems with them and I like them.

They are pretty good, we have never had a problem with it. We are very satisfied with it. It is just a very simple phone but we don't use it that much.

They are extremely cheap, which is what attracted me in the first place. They have wireless plans starting at $10 a month. I have a plan where I get 300 anywhere minutes a month for local and long distance usage. I am not happy with the phone they gave me because the screen is so small, but I can always purchase another phone if I want; I could have exchanged the phone for free in the first 30 days, but I did not know that. One of the features that they have is that they will call me if I am getting close to the end of my plan.

I have used them for about four or five years. I purchased my cell phone from them. They are responsive.

I have a plan where I can pay by the minute and the month. They have different packages and I am really happy with them.

I use them through AARP. I would grade them a B overall. I have not had a reason to contact them. Their prices are cheap.

I have been using them for about a year. We don't use it a lot, but when we do, the service seems fine. The price is excellent. As far as I can tell, their price is as good as anyone else's.

We have a no contract cellular phone service with Consumer Cellular. We have about 1000 minutes per month, long distance calls, call waiting. The monthly fee services 2 phones. My husband recently broke his phone and we sent it back to them and they replaced it without any hassle. We have great reception, I have used my phone even in the middle of the ocean. Their service is amazing. The customer service staff is also very friendly. We will definitely continue using them.

I think their pricing is very good and provide good service.
