I am pleased with the service. I would definitely hire Gretchen again.

Gretchen arrived promptly for our scheduled appointment at my home. We went right to work as I had contracted for two hours of her time and wanted to get as much as possible out of those two hours. I had a list of the items/areas for which I needed advice and guidance and we proceeded to address each. Gretchen's advice was super valuable! She suggested modifications of the design which made it a much better design for me, but which I had not considered. Her suggestions concerning materials, colors, coordination of the various "big items" of the kitchen, etc, were invaluable. Previous to meeting with Gretchen, I had been feeling so overwhelmed about selecting the appropriate cabinets, countertops, flooring, etc. that I hesitated making any decisions at all about the project. I now feel much more confident in proceeding-including the implementation of her suggestions. I feel relieved! Thank you Gretchen!

This was a great experience. She was really helpful in helping me choose my paint colors, determining how I should handle a few problem areas, helping me decide whether or not I should use wainscoting, etc. I had lots of questions for her and she answered every one of them and even volunteered some suggestions to improving other areas of my home.
