Concrete Repair
Demo occurred on schedule. Pour was delayed by weather. Workers seemed okay during work but left garbage and house open when they left. Overall look good. Followed up on clean up in timely fashion with only minimal communication. Irrigation system leaking in several places due to pour and worker disregard for surroundings. After final payment (1-2 weeks) tried to get them back to house to review perceived issues/problems. Spent 3 weeks with no calls back or satisfaction. Took a letter and threats of ''other action'' to get them back. Problem corrected, doesn't appear to be serious.
