The main problem was the responsiveness and the professionalism. Not everyone in the company was this way, but the general contractor was the worse at this. The entire project took 4 months to complete which was far more time then what they said.

My roof was falling apart and I needed a new roof. I called Compwest Roofing and they were out the very next morning. They gave me a good estimate and started work rite away. I was very happy with their work and it was done very timely. The clean up I was worried about, but they did a excellent job and even ran a big magnet all over my yard. I would definitely use them again

The estimator, Chris, was conscientious about letting us know he could not make the first appt. He rescheduled and showed up early for the second appt. A second estimator was suppose to come as well but Chris came alone. We did not have the confidence in the company that we needed to pursue hiring them. They also did not handle the products we were interested in using. We called them for an estimate for re-roofing a low-sloped area which currently has a tar and gravel roof.

Job 1 Would recommend & use their services again. Job 2 A superior job was done previously. However, this time service was less than desirable. He did call and set an appointment to review the problem. That was a week ago and 3 calls to the office, and yet the service person has not shown nor has he called.

Absolutely terrible service. Multiple phone calls to the company brought no satisfaction. The estimator Chris stated we were on the schedule first for may 31 and then for June 5th. Never showed up. I spoke with the Operations Manager Ray on Tuesday, June 6. He stated he was looking for a dumpster and would call me back that day. Never called me again. Would not return any calls I made.

WE WERE REALLY PLEASED WITH THE RESPONSE TIME THAT COMPWEST ROOFING SYSTEMS TOOK TO COME OVER AND DO OUR JOB. THE HOUSE WAS SMALL AND IT WAS DONE VERY QUICKLY. THE LINES WERE STRAIGHT AND THE HOUSE IS SECURE.

DURING AN ESPECIALLY RAINY TIME WE WENT OUT TO OUR GARAGE AND NOTICED A LEAK AROUND ONE OF THE VENTS. WE DECIDED TO HIRE THE WORK OUT SO THAT WE WOULD NOT HAVE PROBLEMS WITH IT LATER. THE JOB WAS DONE QUICKLY AND WELL.
