Community Appliances

Had bought used washer, dryer, refrigerator and stove from them.
They delivered the appliances on time and went the extra mile to install a stubborn dishwasher that was difficult to fit into the existing space.

My relatively new dishwasher stopped working. I arranged community appliances to come out and do an assessment and hopefully a repair however the work was going to be about $350 for parts and service of the electrical system/computer of my Frigidaire professional series dishwasher. I decided against repairing. The service call was $75 and the gentleman was at my home for approximately 35 to 45 minutes. He was quite knowledgeable, professional, well groomed, and polite. I would definitely feel safe with the service of this company.

Delivery was on time, they were careful moving the appliances in the house and did a great job installing and hooking up appliances. One of the installers ( not sure, but I think his name was Manuel ) went through a lot of extra trouble and work to get old dishwasher removed and new one installed, as the previous home owner had put new wood flooring in the kitchen up to the dishwasher, which meant the flooring was build up in front, preventing the old one from coming out easily or the new one to fit in. Husband finally had to remove 2 wood planks so there be just barely enough room heigth wise to get the job done. It was not easy!

We chose this company because of their reputation on Angie's List. They arrived on time and gave us an estimate. We decided to use them for the repair. They ordered the part, which took some time, and then came back in and did the repair. The washer now works great, and the service tech was very helpful. I would use them again.

Fantastic experience! The owner and his sister-in-law answered my many questions and helped me with my decision-making process. The two men who delivered the freezer were amazing. It was a difficult task (had to remove parts of doors and move furniture--tight fit!), and the duo were extremely professional, quick, calm, great problem-solvers, and clearly very competent (and probably over-qualified!). So far, I'm happy with my purchase (only been a month).

The service at the store was great. The woman who helped me was very personable, and though the store is small, there was a good selection. The delivery was right on time. The man who installed the washer and dryer was quick and professional. He tested everything before he left to make sure it was all working well. If I ever need to buy another appliance again, I will come here first.
