It was excellent.  She covered all the real estate bases in basic terms.  She also did her homework in terms of all the comps, discussed the pros and cons, and laid the basis out for making a plan to sell the house.  She was very good.  Her commission is pretty standard.

We needed to sell our condo in summer 2008, a very difficult time to sell. We had previously tried to sell the condo with no success. This time I researched agents very thoroughly and carefully, and decided on Carol. She was fantastic. Very experienced, very professional, very hard working. Her biggest strength is that she forms strong relationships with other agents--the people who are making sure buyers see your house! We sold in just over a month in a very difficult market. I recommend Carol VERY HIGHLY. If your house can be sold, she can do it.

She represented us well and handled every aspect with professionalism. And she sold our home on the first day; at the brokers open with backup offers to boot. Even our neighbors couldnt believe how many brokers she attracted to that open house.
