 + -1 moreso stopped by and because my elderly father was here measured the interior door. We had not agreed on colors and I was expecting him Monday so I waited for 2 hrs and he was a no show. His statements to me were that because he was in area he did it when it was convenient for him however, that wa snot what was agreed on nor did he bother to call and discuss any of this. Now they are going to have trouble getting out to see us because they are so slammed and so busy and if they have to hire another worker "they would have to charge more for their product". So unprofessional! I would not recommend them to anyone!
Description of Work: I would not recommend using this distributer. We met them at the Portland home and garden show and were very impressed by theirproduct and their presentation of their product. it does seem like the product is better quality then the ones we have looked at however I am very, very disappointed in their custumer service. We made an appointment with them and then because the owner was out in the area he just dropped by and measured the doors and then was a no show for the appointment. When I called we were told healready measured the doors. Unfortunately we needed an interior mount for one door so asked that appt be rescheduled. That appt he got sick and was a no show. when we called again he stated he was going to be in area and wanted to know if he could come after 12 noon oon Friday and my husband said no cause both he and I would be at work So we set an appt up for between 3-5pm the following Monday. Again he was in our area on friday

 + -1 moreDave showed us the various options and the costs for the door. Our selection was available within three days, and he returned to install the door. The whole process was smooth and professional, and we are happy with the results.

 + -1 moreThe dealer provided excellent customer service, and the entire process from inquiring about the screen door system to completion of instillation was smooth and completed in a short time frame. We are 100% satisfied with the retractable screen door and highly recommend this dealer.
Description of Work: This dealer sold us a custom retractable screen door and professionally installed the screen system.The dealer came to our home, measured our patio door, explained the retractable system and available options. He was thoroughly knowledgable about the product and instillation.
