+ -1 moreClear Internet Services is paid via auto withdrawal from our account. Our monthly payment came out on the 3rd of Feb. On the 12th both my husband and I received a Clear Message on our laptops that services would be cut due to lack of payment. We spent 2.5 hours on the phone answering all sorts of question to people who did not speak English very well. We went through all sorts of computer gymnastics trying to get the situation resolved. Finally we had to hand up. Then we tried the on-line chat with reps who said "yes" you paid....over the next two days we kept trying to get on...then my hubby went to a Portland store where the staff said they couldn't help him....and "oh, by the way, we havn't been paid in more than 4 weeks.Wow, what is happening to cricket? How do we reach anyone that can help us?
