Clear Choice Windows & Doors

Clear Choice replaced 28 windows in our 21 year old home with Milgard Tuscany windows, including one kitchen garden window. They were not the cheapest bid. However, they were very professional and performed quality work. I believe it took appx four days to complete the job. The crew was always respectful and left the work areas clean. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Quality of service and materials was excellent. Several issues came up during the installation: hardware color was not right initially, door was painted incorrectly by the factory, and inside framing did not match other windows. However, in each and every case, people at Clear Choice responded promptly and non-defensively, and corrected all issues in an entirely satisfactory way. I was very positively impressed with everyone I had contact with at Clear Choice, would definitely use them again, and would highly recommend them to others.

Project went very smoothly from the estimator Josh providing information on total cost, rebates available, and window schematics. The installation crew was punctual, polite, very efficient, and cleaned up the work site each day. Any questions I had were answered very promptly and thoroughly. Very pleased with the much improved appearance and efficiency of my 9 new Milgard vinyl windows.

Clear Choice did a great job of replacing the windows in our home. Their professionals were prompt, friendly and skilled in the entire installation process. When there were a couple of adjustments they had to make, they returned and made them without hassle. I recommend Clear Choice for anyone who wants to hire out to have this important job done.

It was and all around excellent experience, especially considering the magnitude of the job. We were shown different brands and materials for our project. We chose Marvin Infinity fiberglass framed windows and doors. Which proved to be a perfect choice for us. They have already been tested by the cold, windy weather we have recently had, and performed very well. After a few weeks waiting for the windows to be manufactured, Angel and Corey, and Doug came to our home with everything ready to go. They were friendly, polite, skilled, and efficient. In spite of unforeseen problems with original construction, the project was completed in a timely manner. We are very happy with the quality and appearance of the windows and doors, as well as the people at Clear Choice. We would definitely recommend them to others!

Fantastic service: initial phone call, quoting process, design review, tear-down/installation, final review, as well as follow-up warranty support. Wonderful crew with positive and can-do attitudes. By far the most responsive and supportive company that did work on our house.

My windows, front door and sliding glass doors were all expertly installed. Crew was professional, skilled, worked well together, neat and trustworthy. There was an issue when significant dry rot was exposed. The crew helped me through that process, then went out of their way to accommodate the change in schedule. They showed attention to detail. I am beyond satisfied with the results! This was a difficult installation, with a 2-3 story front on our home.

Overall, things went well but there were a couple of glitches in the beginning. We were told and were expecting the job to take 1 or 2 days to complete. The initial meeting with the sales rep went well and we agreed on the pricing. A week or so later another representative came out to take measurements so windows could be ordered. Once windows were ordered, we were given an installation date. The crew showed up on the appointed date and removed the first window but I could tell from the conversation between the installers that something was amiss. Next thing I knew one of the installers was going around the house to re-measure all the windows. No explanation was given to us so I asked if there was a problem. The installer then informed us that the measurements of five of the 12 windows were off and that they would need to be re-ordered. The remaining 7 windows were installed that day. Obviously, we were disappointed but understood that mistakes happen. There was one other issue on that day: as the windows were installed, I followed behind to make sure that I could open/shut all of the latches. One of the latches would not budge so I pointed this out to the installer and he went to take another look at it. I left the room and assumed that it had been resolved but discovered after the crew left that it still did not work. It would have been nice if he had addressed that with us. At any rate, the windows were re-ordered and the remaining five windows were installed 2 weeks later, at which time I asked the installer (a different person) to look at the latch and he quickly diagnosed the problem, removed the sash and corrected the problem. I guess the most inconvenient thing about waiting an additional two weeks for the installation to be completed was that we had removed all of the cellular blinds (with all the brackets) and it would have been a lot of extra work to re-hang them so we just used sheets/blankets to cover the 5 windows for the next 2 weeks. The original sales rep, Tim, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and all of the installers were efficient and professional.

Clear choice was prompt with their estimate, about mid-range price wise, and one of the fastest in terms of install time. The installation was smooth and we love the new windows.

Our experience with Clear Choice Windows has been unmatched in the home renovation work we have undertaken. We did a new roof, new gutters and some plumbing for a remodeled bathroom and Clear Choice out-shined them all, by far. From the sales call through the final details of installation and follow-up, it was evident we were dealing with pros who were both knowledgeable and thorough. We recommend Clear Choice Windows to others, without any hesitation whatsoever. In addition, "Infinity" Windows from Marvin are not only energy efficient and sound-deadening, but they are also stink-bug proof! By the way, Marvin Windows were less expensive than Anderson and "way" less expensive than Pella, and, we felt the product was superior. Have Clear Choice give you a bid before you lock into any other window company, even if that company offers you "further discounts...if you sign today;" No gimmicks from Clear Choice.

Excellent service, fair, friendly and professional. After researching the many companies available, I initially was going with another company. Thankfully, I read their reviews more carefully and realized this other company was a nightmare. Clear Choice had wonderful reviews, and I even "chatted' with someone who steered me to Clear Choice. So glad I did. Mo, the owner, was amazing to work with when a miscommunication came up. He went above and beyond to ensure the windows would be in by our son's wedding reception. Michael, Ben, Anthony, Tom, and the many other members of the team were kind, skilled, competent, customer service oriented, and obviously like working together. It felt like one big functional family! :) Very pleased with our lovely, efficient, smooth-operating windows and feel assured that they will be here when I have questions or needs in the future. Excellent installation on everything. There was one exception in which a warranty issue that came up about 1 year after the installation of the door. I contacted Clear Choice and talked with the owner Mo. Mo was very responsive and took care of the issue above and beyond what I would typically expect. Hats off to Mo and Clear choice in standing behind their work and warranty. I would highly recommend Clear Choice.

Great experience overall. From sales pitch to post installation walk thru. The sales person was unpretentious and laid back. There was no hard sell. It was an honest display of the product and the scope of work. He show patience and restrain during the followup as he waited for us to get 5-6 bids from other vendors. The installation was good. The single hiccup was the tardiness of the installation crew on the first day. I am very big on punctuality and 45 minutes late seemed inappropriate to me. I was on the phone with the GM at the warehouse when they arrived. After that, installation proceeded on schedule (lasting two work days). At the end of the first day, 8 of the 13 windows were complete. I found that several windows were a bit crooked and some stuck. Admittedly, (1) this is my first house, (2) it was built in 1926, and (3), I have never witnessed a window install before. I took photos of the work that concerned me and sent them to the GM that evening. The next day, I got a call from the GM and he said the owner of the company would be reaching out to me shortly. The owner called and asked if he could swing by to inspect the work. When he arrived, we went through each window one by one. Some had to be adjusted, another was crooked because the house is actually crooked. One however he agreed was not hung correctly and should be removed and re-installed. I was very impressed with his level of service. Like the salesperson, he was totally straightforward and disarming. After the second day of installation, one of the window frames had cracked during installation and they told me a new window was ordered and would be arriving soon. In conclusion, it was a great experience and now 10 months in I am still VERY happy with the product. Recently, one of our window locks broken and the next day there were two replacement locks waiting for me in my mailbox, hand delivered (not through the post office). One lock for replace the broken lock and one in case another breaks in the near future. I am currently considering installing two new entry doors in my house and Clear Choice is at the top of my list

I received a rough estimate that same day. Overall they were very honest and straight forward. They were really quick and within a couple days they had sized the project and we signed the contract.

Every staff member that was involved with the job was very professional.

The windows were delivered and installed as planned on time and on budget. Unfortunately the door manufacturer initially delivered the wrong door. It took another month or so for them to get us the correct door. In the meantime Clear Choice installed a temporary door that worked just fine until the new door arrived. Overall were very happy with their work.

Clear Choice rocks!! This company is the best. This is a belated review of the 2014 job, which went flawlessly from start to finish. From estimators to measurers to installers, all were professional, prompt, responsive, and highly knowledgeable. At the time, a contractor friend of ours who watched the installers said he had never seen such a high level of quality and attention to detail in window installation. Four years later, we are still very happy with the windows, which operate smoothly and still look like new. This summer, when we were ready to replace our first floor windows and two sets of aging exterior doors, I went straight to Clear Choice. Normally for a job of that size and expense, we would definitely get three bids and carefully compare (as I had the first time around). But we had such trust in Clear Choice after the quality of our first experience that I was comfortable skipping that step. It's really a great feeling to be able to trust a company like that. How often does that happen?! No doubt I could have found someone to do it for less, or another company that's good, but I feel Clear Choice is truly exceptional both in quality of work and trustworthiness. This second experience was as good as the first. I'd like to give a huge shout-out to Ed and Eddie, who installed our windows this go-around. They are two of the hardest working humans I've ever encountered. They had the joy of doing our project in 100 degree plus days, and they hustled through every second of that horrible heat & humidity. They didn't take breaks, much less lunch--I could barely get them to pause for a glass of water. Through it all they had great attitude and spirit, worked smoothly as a team, and left the place neat as a pin. What skill and work ethic! (Guys, please know it is ok to take lunch once in a while!)

Mo was such a pleasure to work with and made our experience shopping for the right window replacements educational and informative! We discuss what our needs were and he steered us in the right direction for what we were looking for. Mo took time to explain the process of replacing windows and what went into removing one and installing the new ones. The crew doing the installation was professional, clean, and friendly. Everyone was very nice and they did a great job installing the windows. The trim around the windows looks good and they were very careful to properly flash and seal them. We really like the Simonton windows that were installed. They made a real effort to be sure we were happy with how things turned out.

Excellent. We were impressed from the start when they came to give us an estimate and then they followed up with the bid, then another person came and remeasured, a second person came to measure. Work was scheduled. Workers showed up on time and work was completed within a four hour window. Very impressed with workmanship and professionalism.

Very well. They did the work, were prompt, competent and professional. Windows look great. We were a bit flaky on starting, but they were understanding and patient with us. There was even an issue with a check got lost in the mail, but they were prompt, understanding, and nothing but professional. I will not hesitate to use them again.
