Referred by a neighbor. Promptly responded for an estimate. Workers showed up on time, reviewed work to be done and got to it. Washed inside and out. Very thorough, professional and considerate. Wore booties in the house. Best of all, the windows were spotless. They have not looked this good since the house was new . (Actually, they look better). We will definitely use them again.

They arrived on time, vacuumed and cleaned the carpets in several rooms. They used biologically friendly supplies, were professional and courteous and the carpets looked wonderful.

They arrived about 9:15 am and were done by 1:30 pm. Both of the workers were very pleasant. I am thrilled to have found a reliable and trustworthy cleaning company. I will definitely be using them again as well as recommending them to friends and family. I also had gotten a quote to refinish the 579 square foot deck when I got the original quotes from Micheal, one of the salesman.We decided that the deck doesn't need to be refinished this year.

We hired these guys in December of 2010 to put lights on our home. They were charming, prompt, and did a good job. But when I got up on the roof to check my gutters I saw alot of clips and bulbs in the gutters and even an empty bulb box up on my roof. I called to tell them and ask them that they leave it clean upon taking the lights back down. I checked after they removed the lights to find more clips and bulbs in the gutters. My wife hired them again in December of 2011, but again warned them of littering the roof and gutters with such materials, to which they asserted they would be careful. Well, they arrived without an appointment. Without access to our garage and circuit breaker box, they overpowered a circuit, did the same to my neighbor's, and left. I arrived home, divided the string among two circuits and cleaned 14 clips out of my gutters and 5 or 6 bulbs. One clip was stuck in the elbow of my downspout. Imagine the consequences of these things getting down into the underground drainage! We did not call to complain yet a third time. After their final removal I once again cleaned up after them and will not use them again. Too bad, I liked the owners, who seemed sincere about their business intentions.

I had some pet related stains on a carpet that I've used absolutely everything on but it didn't work. They came out and were able to remove the stains. I thought it would have been nice if they could have assisted in moving furniture. I didn't feel like they went the extra mile.

They did a great job. They were communicative and followed up.
