Clean Systems and Chuck are prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable of computer problems and systems. It is always refreshing to call and have the issue taken care of promptly instead of becoming frustrated trying to fix the issue myself without any results. I would highly recommend Clean Systems to the individual with computer needs all the way up to medium size companies without an IT department. They provide a great value and allow me to get back to work doing the productive tasks I need to focus on.

Chuck is extremely knowledgeable about computers, has the patience of a saint, was always responsive to my calls and was a joy to work with. His pricing is very reasonable and his motto is to ''make sure the customer is satisfied'' He bends over backwards to accomplish this.

Clean Systems was professional and timely when the remote service was scheduled to begin. They immediately demonstrated flexibility when I had stated that I was not yet ready to begin the service. They politely said "no problem, just give us a call back when you are ready and we'll get this computer cleaned up for ya". After the remote service began they walked me through each step and answered all questions I had about the process or the procedure they were performing at the time. Clean Systems was a pleasure to work with and I will call them again.
