It is a two-woman team. They are great. I pay $30 an hour. I've been only using them for about two months. The first time they cleaned, I actually stayed here at my house and I was very impressed with their diligence and the fact that they seem to like what they are doing. I don't like housework and it was kind of nice to see people that really like what they are doing. They communicate well and they are prompt in addressing phone calls as well as emails. They are trustworthy. There is something to be said about their earnestness about their job.
