Asked approximately what the cost would be for vinyl tiles with installation for 165 sq ft which included 3 small rooms. Was told they could not provide a ball park estimate without taking measurements which cost $50. Arranged for the estimate and had a great knowledgeable person named Ken take care of the measurements. We were told if we sheet vinyl in the two small rooms it would save labor cost. Pick out sheet vinyl and asked for the bid to also include all sheet vinyl. After a few calls and weekend delay we finally received the bid. I was shocked at the price $3,676 for 100sf of vinyl tiles and 65sf of sheet vinyl. If we went with all sheet it cost $3,040. What a waste of $50. Went to home Depot got LVT water proof planks installed for $1,560.
