Because of allergies, we needed to replace all of our carpet with 1200 sq ft of a different type of flooring. On our first visit to the store we were assisted by Carly who showed us the numerous options available. She was very personable, knowledgeable and was able to answer our questions. We were surprised that we were allowed to take large samples of flooring home to give us a better idea of how a particular design would look. Once we decided on a product, Megan came to our home to take measurements. We were very impressed with her knowledge and ability to answer our many questions. Once we received our estimate from Megan we decided to go ahead and purchase our floors from Classique Floors. We selected a date for installation and several times before the installers came, we requested some changes and Megan was so patient and worked with us without any hassles. The installers arrived on June 6, a day of record breaking heat and started the 3 day carpet removal and new floor installation. Our condo is on the second floor and it was hot with the need to have the doors open so the workers could go in and out. The next day June 7 was again a day of record heat. Finally on June 8, the installers arrived at 8:15 am and worked nearly non stop until completing the job at 9:30 pm. The installers were wonderful did a beautiful job and we are so glad Megan was able to get them for us. Today we woke up and were in awe of our new floors. Thank you Megan and we are very pleased we purchased our new floors from Classique Floors.

We went to Classique Floors after reading reviews on Angie's List. A project manager, Carly, came over to guide me through my options for the carpet or wood flooring she saw I was having difficulties deciding. She went through the details of the wear and tear, cost, payment options and warranty for both types of flooring. She was very thorough so there were no hidden costs. We save approximately $400 removing the old carpet ourselves.
The installation was done in two days first the living area and then bedrooms. We appreciated this because we had to move all the furniture. The installer was very friendly and we found out he had been installing carpet for over 30 years. The job was well done.
Carly kept in touch through the whole process and made sure that things were on track. A couple of weeks prior to installation we had to change the date and they accommodated us. We look forward to working with Classique Floors in the future.
