The tech, Ryan, called a little bit before the appointment to make sure I was home. He was right on time, looked over the job, got right on it, and it took almost exactly as long as he'd said. The sound is excellent, the pedals work perfectly, and he cleaned it up too. Very happy with the service.

The guy showed up on time, was nice, clean cut and took care of my piano. He wasn’t there too, too long and he gave me a recommendation to have it retuned in about 6 months.

When my 30 year old Clavinova started "clacking" when I hit most of the keys and the sustaining pedal made a lot of noise as well, I looked into getting it repaired.  After a very unsatisfactory phone conversation with one "service" dealer in town, I decided to call Classic Pianos to find out who they would recommend instead.  I had a lovely conversation with Peggy.  She pointed out the obvious - that my 30 year old digital piano technology was ancient and quite primitive compared to today's contemporary instruments.  She described the new models and explained that Yamaha is about to release a brand new series that will likely come with a higher price tag.  She encouraged me to come in and look at what was available and to discuss whatever deals they might be able to offer me.  It was too tempting.
The following day I made the trip to Classic Pianos and had a fabulous experience.  Although I had played fairly well as a teen, I have only taken up playing again after several decades.  I love my new found passion.  Peggy patiently showed me all the models available and the pros and cons of each feature.  I was especially drawn to the 605, but felt I couldn't justify the cost of a new model at my intermediate student level.  She showed me a used model they had available and I decided to buy.
The whole experience was delightful.  And, I was contacted the very next day by the delivery people who were more than pleasant when I explained that we would have to delay delivery for a couple of weeks because of work being done on my home.
Thank you Classic Pianos - I am so excited about my purchase and can't wait to get started learning all the new technology.

Ryan was punctual, friendly, polite, and competent. He gave me some options about how to improve the piano's sound without taking the most expensive route.

They did a good job and they knew what they were doing. They were moving an organ for me and they even fixed something that was wrong with it. I will continue to use their services in the future if needed.

I really appreciated her honesty as far as telling me that she did not need to raise the pitch. That saved me $30, and I would not have known that. She was very timely. I called her, and she said she could be here tomorrow and she was very prompt. I will use her services again.

I wanted a particular sound and spent weeks haunting Classic Pianos and Brian Unis (owner's son). One day as I had run thru several more pianos and rejected them, he approached me saying they had just taken delivery of what he thought would be my piano. He was absolutely right. I bought it on the spot. They delivered it 2 weeks later. For the first six months they included the cost of a technician to tune, voice and repair - which was needed, as this was an older piano (1949), was missing a string and needed tuning and voicing. Their recommendation worked out well, altho' she has now retired. My family continues to enjoy a great piano.

Professional and competent. Excellent communication. No damage at either end. In addition, Classic Piano has been a community donor for our school auction in the past, so I wanted to let them know how much I appreciate their great service!

WE HAD 5 STEPS GOING UP TO OUR HOME AND 6 STEPS DOWN INTO OUR LIVING ROOM WHERE THEY HAD TO PUT THE PIANO TOGETHER. IN THE ENTRY WAY, WE HAVE A TILE FLOOR AND THEY WERE ABLE TO MOVE THIS HUGE PIANO OVER THE STEPS AND TILE WITHOUT DAMAGING THEM OR THE PIANO. IT WAS AMAZING.

WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE TECHNICIAN FROM CLASSIC PIANOS WHEN THEY CAME TO TUNE OUR PIANO. WE WORRIED BECAUSE THERE HAD BEEN A COKE SPILLED ON THE KEYS SO THEY ALSO HAD TO BE CLEANED.

WE WERE HAPPY WITH THE RESPONSE TIME THAT IT TOOK CLASSIC PIANOS TO COME TO OUR HOME TO TUNE OUR PIANO. THEY HAD TO REPLACE A FEW OF THE KEYS SO IT COST A LITTLE BIT MORE THAN THE ESTIMATE, BUT WE WERE HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS.

OUR PIANO WAS VERY SPECIAL TO US. CLASSIC PIANO CAME AND SUGGESTED WE MOVE IT FROM FROM AN OUTSIDE WALL SO THAT IT WOULD STAY TUNED LONGER. I WAS HAPPY WITH THIS BECAUSE THEY COULD HAVE JUST COME BACK OUT AGAIN SOONER TO RETUNE IT IF THEY HADN'T TOLD US.
