They were fantastic. I had to call them a couple times because the job was delayed a bit. I suspect it was the weather. I will be having them back out to paint my fences.

I made several calls to the company letting them know it was painted the wrong color. They finally came out to repaint it the correct color but the guy just left the paint on the deck and left. He told his boss the job was done and he had repainted but he did not. I have made several more calls to have them return and he keeps promising he will be out next week but it has been about 7 weeks since then.

Geoff Edmonds is very personable and responsive. Had some damage done by his crew and he promptly reimbursed me for the cost. Quality of the job was not as high as I would like. Crews were very fast but not focused on quality. Some areas not scraped and prepared as well as I wanted. The paint appears to have been put on in very thin coats. Paint has peeled from our front steps after 3-4 months and needs to be re-done. I would use them again, but only with better supervision of the crew.

VERY PROMPT IN COMING OUT TO BID AND VERY FLEXIBLE IN SCHEDULING,, ACCORDING TO OUR NEEDS. THE JOB WENT VERY SMOOTHLY AND HIS CREW WAS POLITE AND TIDY.
