Everything went well. Rick was on time and we went over what needed to be cleaned. He told me what the cost would be. All was done in the time frame he said. Our rugs and recliners look like new!

They moved furniture and did a good a job as always. He's very honest and is scheduled to come back next month as well.

I called Rick on a Monday and left a message that I kinda needed a quick turnaround due to a spur-of-the-moment retirement party that was happening within a few days. He returned my call very quickly, and said he could be there the following day....wow, I was surprised, but elated!
Rick showed up before the agreed upon time, and got to work. He did a phenomenal job!! He was able to get out stains from 2 dearly departed older cats that were very stubborn and resistant to other attempts to remove the stains. I kept walking through the house marvelling at how beautiful the carpets looked! I had no idea they could look that good, as they were very stained when I purchased the home 2.5 years ago.
Rick is a very detail oriented person and also very people oriented as well. He is very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions I had. His prices are cheaper than any of those national companies that advertise cheap rates, but end up costing a fortune when all is said and done, and quite frankly he is better than any company I have ever used!!
Then, to my dismay, there were quite a few spills and stains the next day and needless to say I was heartbroken because the carpet had looked so good! Sooo, I called Rick and asked him to come back and re-do the family room where the stains were, and he was there johnny-on-the-spot. If it's even possible, the carpets looked even BETTER than before. I can't get over it. He also threw in the living room again and the hallway!!! And, most importantly, he charged me a nominal fee to re-do them. I cannot say enough good about this company and the man that runs it. I have recommended him to tons of people due to the quality of his work, and he's such a personable man as well. If you are using someone else, or don't have a company that you're already using, PLEASE give this man a call. You will not regret it!!!!

They are always excellent and on time. If he isn't going to be on time, he calls and says how late he will be; that is what you call excellent customer service. He is excellent to deal with in calling you. He comes out the same day you call him.

They are a very, very nice company and are very efficient. They are 10% lower than the competitors with various coupons. They also have a great presentation and they know how to treat seniors. There was a quick drying time and no residue. It was awesome carpet care. It was about 75 square feet of carpet, but I used a coupon.

Dean called to say he was running late, and was there at the time he said he would be. He is very friendly and professional. We have used him for several years. We have always been very satisfied with the quality of the job and lasting results.

DEAN WAS VERY FRIENDLY. HE HAD 1 ASSISTANT AND THEY CLEANED ALL THE CARPETS VERY QUICKLY. ALL THE STAINS WERE REMOVED. THEY ALSO MOVED THE BED AND CLEANED UNDER IT, WHICH WAS VERY HEAVY. THEN PUT IT ON FOAM BLOCKS SO THE WOOD WOULDN'T STAIN THE DAMP CARPET.
