I needed a passport photo, and these guys were great! It's an old school store, and the staff were friendly and very professional. Got my photos super quick.

I found Citizen's on Angie's List and called to ask if they could print a photo for me with a quick turn around (by the next morning). They were very responsive. I wasn't able to submit the file via their FTP but was able to e-mail it. They called to confirm receipt and to ask for instructions on how to crop the photo, which was not sent with the proper dimensions. I picked up the photo the next morning. They had recently moved to a new space and I had a little trouble finding them. They're still getting organized in the new space and it took them a few minutes to find my finished photo. I was very happy with the quality of the photo. It was important that it be good quality and I didn't want to just send it to a high volume, low cost outlet. Consequently, the price was not super low, but was appropriate for the quality. The two employees I communicated with were very professional and helpful. I recommend this business and will use them again in the future.

As part of a project framing an antique letter, I wanted to include photos of my great-grandmother and the poet who had written to her in the late 1800s. I had a 3x5 portrait of my grandmother, but someone had written information in ink on the photo. I acquired a digital file of a full-body photo of the poet from a museum. Citizens cleaned up my portrait photo and duplicated it. They also created a portrait photo from from the digital file. The two photos work together quite harmoniously. It only took a couple of days and I am very happy with the result. The price included several copies of each photo.

Citizens does a good job with developing a printing film. They're very professional, although it can get busy in the store at times.
