Very well. Unlike the other place I went, which seemed like an assembly-line operation, she took the time to evaluate my situation, listened to me, and offered her opinion, which seemed clear and well-informed. I am so pleased to have found her & will have her perform the surgery when the time comes.

She's very competent. She has been the leader in ophthalmology and the leader of Casey Eye Institute. She no longer does eye exams for prescription glasses. She now is a cataract surgeon.

She was a referral from a friend and I found her very thorough and energetic.  The office was extremely efficient, organized and well run.  I will continue to see her.

I was amazed.  The entire procedure took less than 30 seconds!  I have been do many opthalmalogists trying to find one that I really want to stick with.  Dr. Chung is a keeper.  She's caring, detail-oriented, takes the time to answer questions, straight forward.  I was very impressed.

Dr. Kelly D. Chung is good. She listens very well. She's very business like, which might be some people off, just a little bit. She's very skilled. I had a bad experience with an eye doctor before, so I was really cautious about who I was going to choose. My friend recommended Dr. Chung and as soon as I met her and listened to her, I have all the confidence in the world in her. My first cataract surgery years ago took two and a half hours. She removed the cataract and put in an artificial lens and I was in and out of surgery in 35 minutes. She knows exactly what she's doing. And there were no stitches.

She is an excellent doctor, and I have no complaints about her at all. She is very professional and thorough. The back office, however, is another matter. I object to the fact that they require me to give them my Social Security number, even though I have insurance. It seems to me like that is not a responsible thing for them to require; that is my only complaint with them. I have not had any problem with their availability, but they are a little tardy at times. The staff is very friendly. They are very nice people. Their communication is good. I would use her again in the future.

Everything was great and we liked her very much. We have been seeing her on a regular basis for a diabetic eye checkup. She was very knowledgeable and she was a teacher at the Oregon Health and Science University. She was very good. We would absolutely use her services in the future.

Good but sight correction was not satisfactory.
