Chrisman Framing

A framed flour sack bearing the family name got knocked off the wall and broke. I went to several framing shops for estimates to reframe it, and was about ready to give up. Then I discovered Chrisman's. Three times was the charm! Lesa Phillips, the manager, understood exactly what was needed, had good ideas, made sensible suggestions, and found the perfect frame almost immediately. When the estimate turned out to be more than I wanted to spend, she worked with me to find an alternative frame at a lower price. She was patient and kind. Her enthusiasm and excitement about this unique framing project was infectious. Lesa even offered to recycle the old frame and dispose of the glass at no additional charge.

We've had about 7-8 pieces re-framed at the Chrisman's shop on NW Cornell Rd in Cedar Mill. Lisa was the person we worked with. She was great at helping us find the mats and frames we wanted. She ordered samples to help us make selections. She understood different lighting and removed the glass so we could more accurately see the combinations. One of the pictures didn't come out right, but we didn't notice it right away. It was framed with the materials we asked for. We took it home. After a few days to weeks we noticed we just didn't like it;it was off somehow. We went back to Lisa and she helped us make a subtle change that we now like much better. This was done at no cost to us. They work with us to get us happy! Later that same thing happened with a second picture and again they fixed it for no cost to us. We are very happy with the art as now framed and feel that we saved a lot of money working with a good store!
