Flooring
Chris did an excellent job. He was punctual and meticulous. When I needed more time to secure the appropriate materials, he was flexible and understanding. The final cost for the project matched his original estimate. I am very pleased with the results -- it looks great -- and plan on hiring him again for other work.

Flooring
The job took part of two days due to the dry rot. He removed the old vinyl, cut out the dry rot and put down new plywood where needed. The new vinyl floor looks fabulous. He saved me money by recommending I buy a 6 foot sheet rather than a 12 foot sheet. I also was given his discount to use at Contract Furnishing Mart in Tigard. He was friendly with my two pugs. He even called back to check in and give me more information.

Incredible. Was in and out quickly. Cleaned up everything. Showed up on time, finished on time and on budget. He's been a tile installer since 1971, has great ideas I didn't even think about.
