Mark Baldock was responsive and timely.  He quoted the job, scheduled the work, and did the work when he said he would.  And kept in constant communication either via phone or email to ensure there was clear understanding.  When he came to perform the work, right when he said he would, he found the concrete under the door was not adequate - it was not completely formed under the door which then allowed water to travel under the frame causing the original damage.  He brought this to our attention and we agreed this needed to be corrected.  He acquired quick-set concrete and then completed the work.  The lock set we purchased for the new door didn't have the right sized dead bolt strike plate.  Mark said once we get that he'll be back to update this on the door.  He did this right away and when he said he would.
