WELL, THIS TOOK A LONG TIME. IT TOOK ABOUT 3 WEEKS FOR IT ALL TO HAPPEN. FIRST THE PET ODOR STUFF WAS PUT ON. WHEN THEY CAME BACK TO DO THE CLEANING, THEY FOUND THAT NOT ENOUGH PET STUFF HAD BEEN APPLIED. SO, I HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER 5 DAYS FOR THAT TO DRY. THIS MEANT THAT I HAD TO HAVE THE FURNITURE OFF THE CARPETS THIS WHOLE TIME. OVERALL, I AM PLEASED WITH THE END RESULT, BUT I WILL GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY NEXT TIME.

CHEM-DRY NW CLEANED OUR CARPETS AND THE CARPET WAS SO DRY THAT WE WERE ABLE TO PUT THE FURNITURE BACK IN ONLY A COUPLE OF HOURS. THAT WAS IMPORTANT TO NOT HAVE UPHEAVAL IN OUR HOME FOR A LONG TIME.

I WAS A LITTLE SKEPTICAL OF THEIR CLAIM TO HAVE OUR CARPETS 'CLEANED AND DRY IN 1 TO 2 HOURS, BUT THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED. THE CARPETS HAVE NEVER BEEN CLEANER AND THEY HAVE STAYED CLEAN.
