The food was top quality and I am still hearing from my guests about how great the food was. They were willing to work with me about food allergies and other dietary needs and they created a menu that worked with everyone in attendance. They really worked with me and met my needs with dishes that weren't even on the menu.

The food was fantastic. Their chef, Tracy Martin, did an excellent job created an egg fritters with rosemary and mushrooms, roasted potatoes, a salad with poached pears, blue cheese, and hazelnuts, a wonderful sweetbread, and a fruit salad. All our guests commented how great all of it was, in particular the fritters and sweetbread. The service was also very professional. Working with Eric via e-mail went smooth, particularly considering how many menu variations we asked for. Their pre-party delivery and setup was on time and smooth. After the party we simply stacked the dirty dishes back into their transport containers and placed them outside our house from where they picked them up the next day. The entire process was clearly worth it for us. It saved us the stress of making it and their service and food were wonderful. Next time we want a caterer, we won't bother calling around; we're confident we can use Chef du Jour Catering again.
