Tree Service
Badly. They did a shoddy job trimming the trees (they look terrible, even to my untrained eyes), then left branches all over the place, ruining the bushes/plants under the trees because they just let heavy tree branches fall on and crush them. They assured me they would leave me "manageable"-sized branches so I could deal with them easily. They got halfway through the initial trimming, then had a "family emergency" and had to go, but needed cash to pay them for work done so far. They did come back to "finish" the job, but I wasn't home to supervise the next day and they did a really poor job - left branches (too big) all over the place, all over the lawn, in the driveway, etc.
