pressure washing
 + -1 moreHe was doing some work on a neighbor's house, so I asked him to come over and give an estimate. He seemed knowledgeable and had some interesting photos of his work on a flicker site, so I had him do it the same day. Did a good job and gave me a number of tips on other small problems he noticed while doing the job. He also does painting and general contracting work.
Description of Work: Pressure washed my 2400 ft2 2 story home and 250 ft2 deck.

 + -1 moreThe hinges were 20 year old european style hidden hinges. I had several fail and could not find replacement hinges. He locate and ordered the hinges for me- I was able to buy myself to save money. The problem was the orgional installer did not put screws in the back. He replaced the broken hinges and repaired the rest. I was pleased with discovery of the origional problem and the cost of the overall repair (more than 30 doors). He preformed the work on the day and time he said and his billing and receipt was professional. Good job!
Description of Work: Kitchen cabinet door repairs- Replaced several broken, european style, hidden kitchen cabinet hinges and repaired remainder of the doors so the hinges would not break.
