Representative showed up on time for this Thursday AM meeting. Spoke negatively about my design ideas from a cost standpoint. When he left I felt disappointed with my project but was still looking forward to the bid he promised to forward to me by Tuesday of the next week. A week went by and the bid did not arrive. I e-mailed him inquiring where it was. I received a prompt response saying he was sorry and he would get it our ASAP. A week later I have not heard from him

Their residential rep Nathan came by to see my back lawn. It has an undulating appearance that I want made flat. He seemed knowledgeable however he was quick to inform me that their prices would give me a ''heart attack'' (his words) and that they don't do jobs that cost less than $1000/day. This took me aback but I asked him to give me an estimate anyway. This was at least one month ago and I haven't heard a word back. They don't seem interested in helping people that have small yards or inexpensive landscaping needs, which is their right I guess. He just wasted over an hour of my time explaining what he could do to help me. Oh, one good thing--he was on time for his estimate.

We had tried several other landscape services (architects and designers) but found them unable to adequately design what we described (i.e. they failed to 'hear' what we were saying). After one visit from Nathan we had an 80% accurate plan drawn for us. Several revisions later we had a very workable plan. The crew was hard working, prompt, and professional. The owner and the designer were very communicative as problems arose. In fact they anticipated many issues before the developed into issues. The pricing was fair and reflected the work done.

THEY DID NOT WANT MY BUSINESS. TWO PHONE CALLS TO THE OFFICE REFERRED ME TO A CELL PHONE NUMBER. FOUR CALLS OVER TWO DAYS WERE NOT RESPONDED TO. SEEMS NOT TO BE TO INTERESTED IN CHALLENGING WORK.
