The condo sold very quickly and for $11,000 more than expected. We had two bidders and her negotiating skills helped us take best advantage without offending either.

Cary staged my sister's condo very beautifully. She told us what work needed to be done and then helped us with her handyman to accomplish it. This included changing the water heater, painting the living room, updating the bathroom. We invested a little over $800 in order to increase our asking price by $15,000. When Cary listed us we had offers right away which she skillfully orchestrated to get us more than our asking price. We are very happy with her.
