Carpet Installation
Excellent. Here is a copy of the email I sent to Paulson's
I wanted to thank you for the great outcome on our carpet installation today. The "end-to-end" experience with Paulson's was great. Samir was an excellent sales person--knowledgeable, excellent taste and made "spot on" suggestions for the final selection. Jerry was also very knowledgeable and efficient in the visit to our home to create the bid. I noticed that today the carpet was pre cut in order to more easily get it up around a very tight corner in old house, in order to get up the stairs. I appreciated your follow up during the process Sheryl, and the guys today did an excellent job on the installation. The carpet looks great and the quality of the installation met all expectations. They were extremely careful not to cause damage to new paint and the clean up following the work and before leaving was an added bonus. Moving furniture and doing the actual installation is very physical and challenging--we really appreciated their work and the care they took in doing it.
In summary, we have been really pleased with the way you all have handled the purchase and installation of our new carpet. The rooms look great and the comfort of the new carpet underfoot is the best! Please pass our thanks on to all the folks who made this happen, and we will definitely look forward to doing business with Paulson's again.
