Carl Brenden made our home-buying and selling experience in Portland a complete pleasure.  He was recommended by a close friend who had real estate experience.  It was a breath of fresh air compared to or last realtor.Carl is a very knowledgeable, professional, and approachable.  He knows the ins and outs of virtually every neighborhood.  He also understands the construction of houses and what to look out for.Carl has an wonderful assistant named Jeff, which makes you feel like there is always someone there for you.  As a team, they are on top of every detail.They had our first house priced just right and it sold in less than a month.  They also helped us look at many houses.  We really enjoyed the adventure of exploring houses with Carl and Jeff because they made it such a comfortable experience.I highly recommend Carl Brenden to anyone looking to buy or sell a house!Amy and Rich - NE Portland
