I spent $90 on that work.  It did not go that great.  They came and were supposed to put out the chemicals but the guy was in a hurry.  He did what he could in 40 minutes or so and he had to take off.  We were supposed to be charged $90 for the full service of the spa and the starter kit of chemicals.  We did not receive the starter kit and my wife did not feel like we had a full service of the hot tub.  We were still billed the entire amount.  So that was unresolved.

The people are always friendly. They are knowledgeable and professional and work quickly to test water samples. They ask questions and last time I was there, the man picked up on something I was doing at home with the spa and he made a suggestion that would reduce chemical exposure to peoples skin while in the water. I can always count on them to solve my problems with water quality and equipment problems. Of course I would prefer to pay less for chemicals, but their knowledge and proximity make it my preferred pool & spa company.
