I was impressed with Capital Builders. David was responsive, communicated clearly, and did exactly what he said he was going to do. The crew arrived on time, was respectful and maintained a clean worksite. I would definitely use these guys again.

Extremely Well! The home is beautiful, just what we wanted. We get nothing but complements on it. And a couple of important points. There was one of this providing a low-ball bid and using change orders to make up the difference. The final price was the original bid price, except for change orders due to enhancements we requested. If he missed something in the bid, he ate the cost. Finally, the job was completed on time. Well, almost on time, it was 3 weeks late, because we decided to order a special sink not on the original specs, which took 3 weeks to deliver and delayed the plumbing and installation of the counter-tops.
