About us
We are a full-service design/build construction firm. We are a licensed general contractor with four full-time employees. We use subcontractors to expedite larger projects giving you the productivity of a larger company without the bloat. We bring your project in on time and on budget. We do not charge for lump-sum estimates. For smaller jobs we bill upon completion, when you are satisfied. For larger jobs we have progress payments tied to stages of completion. We provide written bids, written contracts, and a written one-year warranty.
