My husband and I feel extremely fortunate that we had the opportunity to have Cameryn Calhoun re-finish our hardwood floors for us. We had several other contractors provide estimates, but we knew that Calhoun Hardwoods would get our business as they were a lot more thorough in the initial walk-thru and assessment of our floors. Cameryn was able to offer what the challenges could be, what our options were, and their pricing was very reasonable. Cameryn is extremely professional and as was very communicative throughout the entire process. She assisted in helping us with a vendor to purchase wood and even helped us find a local moving company. I doubt any other contractors would have taken time to do this for their clients. She even sent video of the finished product while we were out of town waiting for the floors to cure just to make sure we had visibility into the work being done. We would definitely recommend Calhoun Flooring for any flooring needs such as re-finishing, replacement, and repairs. She is a very cool person, and has very cool people working for her. 2. They are not only cool, they are VERY GOOD at their craft. 3. She is very up front and clear throughout the entire process. There were zero surprises and the work costs what we expected from the beginning 4. She kept her schedule, which for any contractor is a miracle that we appreciated fully. 5. Cameryn and everyone at Calhoun did a fantastic job on our house’s original floors upstairs. What a difference! Cameryn was very professional and easy to work with, and kept us informed about any difficulties that came up during the process. The price was fair and we felt we were in good hands the whole time. I never thought our old hardwood floors could be so beautiful! We refinished existing flooring and had some old hardwood replaced as part of a kitchen remodel.
